There are numerous possibilities for cross-training, as well as continuing education classes.

Some of the programs we offer:

  • Current Med/Surg nurses and graduate nurses can attend either a 10- to 12-week critical care course or an 8- to 9-week Cardiovascular Essentials course. Plus, RNs can be ACLS-certified as part of their specialty courses.
  • Experienced nurses receive individualized orientation for their area of specialty.

Additionally, we have what is known as "The Baylor Plan," which offers you the opportunity to work two 12-hour weekend shifts and receive a competitive salary and be eligible for all Baylor benefit plans.
